Reliability posture
AllAPI is built to return real data or an honest documented error — never fabricated data. Today 48 composite chains live endpoints return real data on the first call, with 0 fabricated responses and 0 broken endpoints. Independent re-verification passed 20 of 20.
Live status dashboard. This page describes our reliability posture, the honest-error envelope, and how we report coverage across every platform category.
The honest-error envelope
When an endpoint can't reach real data, you don't get a fake response — you get a documented, machine-readable error explaining exactly why (for example, an auth wall or an upstream limit).
You only pay for successful calls. Failed calls (4xx/5xx) are never charged. If something looks off, tell us the exact platform and route and we'll investigate.
Rate limits
Rate limits scale with your tier, from 60 / min on Free up to 10,000 / min on Max. Requests beyond your limit receive a clear rate-limit response — never a silent drop and never a charge.
Support SLAs
Response targets by tier:
| Tier | Target first response |
|---|---|
| Free | within 48 hours |
| Mini | within 36 hours |
| Standard | within 24 hours |
| Pro | within 12 hours |
| Business | within 4 hours |
| Enterprise | within 1 hour |
| Max | custom SLA |
Coverage transparency
AllAPI covers 48 composite chains across 468 platforms — . Where a public source is walled or unavailable to an anonymous request, we return a documented honest error rather than fabricate data — never a fake success.
